This is the very first rubbing I've done from a Mahi Mahi (aka Dorado & Dolphin Fish). The 27" long candidate fish was caught by Dr. Julie Ball and Capt. Skip Feller off the coast of Virginia - August 24, 2009. This Original Gyotaku is on natural color (off white) hand-made kozo paper.
Single matted - Crescent Rag Mat 1607 white 100% acid free Overall dimensions 35.5"w x 19.5"h. The frame is a dark walnut color natural wood.
